What we do
WEVE Acceleration is NYC’s premiere acceleration program for international startups expanding to the US. Formerly NUMA New York, WEVE enjoys more than twenty years of experience introducing the world’s most promising startups to the world’s largest market. Since opening our NYC office in 2017, we’ve accelerated over 120 startups from 25 different nationalities, and counting!
Our startups benefit from a targeted US-expansion curriculum, 1:1 mentorship, and introductions to a warm network of top US investors, corporates, and entrepreneurs. In addition to our standard 10-week program, we also offer customizable acceleration programs for international government agencies looking to advance innovation and entrepreneurship through US market entry.
Our Innovation Expeditions consist of custom-tailored programs on the industry topics and verticals most relevant to our government and corporate clients. Over the course of an Innovation Expedition, participants are encouraged to step out of their usual setting and comfort zone, for 2-4 days of inspiring and educational panels, talks with industry leaders, social activities, and expert facilitations. Innovation Expeditions are leveraged by corporate leaders like Google, Samsung, and IBM to strengthen their customer relationships, understand their unique challenges, lower sales resistance, showcase their unique value proposition, and, ultimately, close deals with their highest-value clients.
