Dearest WEVE Community,
As some of you may have heard, this Friday, March 11th will be my last day at WEVE.
It feels incredibly bittersweet to close this chapter of my life and open up the next, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for what you have taught me along the way.
To our WEVE Mentors— Thank you for teaching me the importance of having a “give-first” mentality. For showing me that when you give with open arms, you receive more than you ever thought possible, and that pouring your heart into the growth journeys of others is the gift that keeps on giving.
To our WEVE Startups and Alumni — Thank you for inspiring me to dream big and to fight for those dreams, no matter what obstacles may stand in my way. You have taught me the importance of constantly seeking to innovate and risking failure to achieve greatness.
Lastly, to my beloved WEVE Team— Where do I even begin? Working alongside you has made me into a better colleague, manager, person, and friend. Thank you for teaching me the true meaning of “small but mighty.” For showing me how to lead with integrity, to create a culture of kindness, and to reach the highest of peaks through uplifting others.
Please know that the WEVE community will always hold a special place in my heart, and that I will take the lessons you have taught me wherever I go.
Goodbyes are never easy, but I’ve been reminding myself that I’m not saying goodbye to you, the incredible people I’ve met through WEVE, but rather to this beautiful chapter in my life, in order to make way for a new one.
May our paths cross again very soon!
